Taught by mental health counselor & mom of two, Lauren Blank, this class is for new moms to find support and community during this exciting and challenging time! Topics covered in this group will range from navigating new friendships, coping with changes in identity, self-care, sleeping patterns and much more.
Classes will be held in the Multipurpose Room (MPR).
We value the importance of all caregivers in a child's life, however this class is specifically for moms and babies.
