2025-2026 Registration Information & Application

Thank you for your interest in our Early Childhood Center. Registration dates are as follows:

Monday, November 12 – Priority Registration opens for ECC families with children currently in the 2’s or 3’s programs, AND for current members of The Community Synagogue who are in good standing (please note this does NOT include Gift Members).

Member Priority Registration will be broken down as follows:

1) Currently enrolled ECC children (this is only for the enrolled child(ren), not siblings).
2) Members of The Community Synagogue who became members on or before August 31, 2024
3) Members of The Community Synagogue who became members on or after September 1, 2024. Note: In order to be eligible in this category, your membership must be received and processed BEFORE noon on Friday, November 1.

Returning students in our current 2’s & 3’s program are only guaranteed a spot for next year as long as you register during the priority registration period from November 12 – November 14.

Friday, November 15 – Registration opens for returning ECC families, current ECC non-member families, Gift Members, Grown Up & Me families and grandchildren of current synagogue members who are in good standing.

Tuesday, November 19 – Registration opens to the community.

Registration on all three dates will be in person, using a lottery system for families that joined after 8/31/2024. It will NOT be done on a first come, first served basis, therefore, there is no need to arrive earlier than 8am on registration dates. We feel that this “lottery system” is the fairest way to ensure that everyone has an equal chance of obtaining a spot in the program.

We will begin accepting registration forms at 8:00am.

Each family will need to submit his or her or own registration form.
We will not accept forms that are brought in for you by another ECC parent or sent via email. If you are not able to submit your own form, please contact the ECC Office.

2025 – 2026 Registration Form

Please print the registration form and submit it with your payment on the appropriate registration date.

On November 12, our priority registration will begin for the following two groups:

Returning Students: All current ECC students in our Pre-2's, 2's & 3's programs in good standing are eligible to register starting on November 13. Returning students in our current Pre-2's, 2's & 3's program are guaranteed a spot for next year as long as you register during the priority registration period from November 12 — November 14. If you plan on enrolling for next year, we ask that you register by November 14 to secure a spot.

Members: Current Community Synagogue members in good standing may register beginning on November 12. Please note that Gift Members are NOT eligible for registration on November 12.

On November 15, registration opens for ECC alumni families, Gift Members, Grown Up & Me families, and grandchildren of current synagogue members who are in good standing.

On November 19, registration will open to the community.

ECC Summer Camp Program

Once again, we will be offering a Bundle & Save incentive for those families wishing to enroll in our ECC Summer Camp program at the same time as ECC school registration. Families who wish to take advantage of this offer will receive an additional 10% discount off of camp tuition, deducted off of the final payment for camp. Registration forms for both camp and school must be handed in together on the day of your registration.

Families who do not wish to “Bundle & Save” will have the opportunity to register for our ECC Summer Camp Program after November.

2’s (5-days) 9:25am-12:25pm

3’s/4’s (5 days) 9:05am-1:45pm
