2026-2027 Registration Information & Application

Thank you for your interest in our Early Childhood Center. Registration dates are as follows:

Priority Registration for Tiers 1 & 2

Tuesday, December 2 - Thursday, December 4, 2025

Tier 1: Currently enrolled ECC children in our 2’s or 3’s programs

Tier 2: Members of The Community Synagogue in good standing

(Gift Members are not included in this tier.)

Priority within Tier 2 will be given in this order:

Members as of April 30, 2025
Members as of September 30, 2025

Additional Registration Dates

Tier 3: New Members since October 1st, Gift Members, Current ECC Non-Member families, and grandchildren of current members in good standing.

Tier 4: Open Registration

Important Notes for Returning Families

Returning students in our current 2’s & 3’s programs guaranteed a spot for next year only if registration forms are submitted between December 2 and December 4.

Please note that Thursday, December 4 is a Parent Teacher Conference Day and the ECC will be closed for students. Current ECC families may drop off registration forms when they come for their conference(s).

Registration Details

Registration will take place in person at the ECC.
We will use a lottery system (not first come, first served) for families who joined after April 30, 2025.
There is no need to arrive before 8:00 a.m.
Each family must submit their own form. We cannot accept forms dropped off by another parent or submitted via email.
If you are unable to submit your form in person, please contact the ECC Office for alternate arrangements.
If you are considering holding your child back in their current grade level, please be in touch with Jen by the end of November to discuss options.

Each family will need to submit his or her or own registration form.
We will not accept forms that are brought in for you by another ECC parent or sent via email. If you are not able to submit your own form, please contact the ECC Office.

2026 – 2027 Registration Form

Please print the registration form and submit it with your payment on the appropriate registration date.

ECC Summer Camp Program

We are happy to be able to offer our Bundle & Save incentive again this year!

Families who register for both ECC school and ECC Summer Camp at the same time will receive a 10% discount on camp tuition, applied to the final camp payment.

To qualify for this offer, registration forms for both ECC camp and school must be submitted together on your registration day. Families who choose not to bundle will still be able to register for summer camp later in the year.

Camp Hours:

2’s (5-days) 9:25am-12:25pm

3’s/4’s (5 days) 9:05am-1:45pm
