Memorial Plaques

It is customary during the Days of Awe to remember loved ones who have passed. The Community Synagogue has a beautiful permanent memorial wall outside the Main Sanctuary dedicated to our members' loved ones who have passed. If you would like to purchase a Yahrzeit memorial plaque ($600 donation per plaque), please complete the form below.  

It takes about 8 weeks to receive plaques once ordered. You will be notified when they are received and put up on the Memorial Wall.

Please note that the July 10 deadline has passed.
Plaque orders placed may not be received in time to be put on the Memorial Wall for Yom Kippur.
