The POWTY Foundation is a group of committed, justice-seeking 9th and 10th graders from The Community Synagogue who are learning about Judaism through our philanthropy work. In our learning together, we have grown to understand the importance of tzedakah - the Jewish obligation to pursue justice and help others.

With your support of our foundation, we will be able to fund the sacred work of one (or more) of the non-profit organizations in our community who have applied for grants through our organization. 100% of your donation will go to our neighbors in need.
