Chair Yoga Via Zoom Chair and standing balance exercises and if you are unable to stand, Beth will let you know modifications that you can do to have similar results to the standing poses. If interested in joining the class it is $10/class paid via check made out to Beth Lipset or via Venmo @Beth-Lipset You don't need to do it every week -- come and go as you please.
